Forest City Diagnostic Imaging will remain open during the Shelter in Place mandated by the Governor’s office.
Our hours of operation have changed due to Covid 19, please call ahead to ensure we are open. We are currently not scanning during the evening hours.
We intend to continue to see patients during normal business hours in accordance with CDC guidelines. Forest City Diagnostic Imaging’s highest priority is always the safety of our patients and staff. We are closely monitoring this evolving COVID-19 situation and are in regular contact with health agencies for information and guidance. As always, we maintain close relationships with local, state, national and international public health authorities and will inform you if anything changes.
We implemented preventive measures as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as our own health and hygiene protocols. We are wiping down all patient areas hourly and have spaced out schedules to try and have no more than 1 or 2 patients in our waiting rooms at a time. We are requesting no visitors or family members accompany patients unless they are needed for assistance. We are doing whatever steps necessary to keep our patients and staff safe.
We ask that patients experiencing symptoms of cough, fever, shortness of breath, flu-like symptoms, or who have been around those experiencing similar symptoms call to reschedule their appointments. Patients are also asked to limit bringing more than one additional person to their appointment or to have them wait in their vehicles.
